Opening fall of 2018, the 1,260 guestroom, full service hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle will offer 103,000 sq ft of meeting space with nearly 35,000 sq ft of naturally lit pre-function space overlooking the city’s skyline, dining outlets, retail shops. The hotel, equipped with a state of the art fitness center, will be two blocks from the Washington State Convention Center (WSCC) and adjacent to its planned expansion, nestled within walking distance to many of Seattle’s top attractions. A true celebration of all that makes Seattle a must go-to destination, this hotel will be a Class-A, LEED certified building with unique and modern designs constructed to Hyatt Regency standards. Upon completion, the Hyatt Regency Seattle will be the largest hotel in downtown Seattle and the largest hotel north of San Francisco.
